These Terms of Use ("Terms") set out the procedures and principles regarding the use of the website and affiliated digital platforms operated by Alsero Turizm Ticaret Ltd. Şti. ("Alsero Tours" or the "Company").
Anyone who visits the website, becomes a member, or makes a reservation declares that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms of Use.
These Terms relate to the use of the website. For reservation procedures, the separately published Reservation Terms, Package Tour Terms, Cancellation and Refund Policy, Distance Sales Agreement and other special terms may also apply.
In these Terms;
Company / Alsero Tours : the travel agency operating the website,

User: the natural or legal person who visits or uses the website,
Member: a user who creates a membership account,
Reservation: a purchase request created for tourism services offered via the website,
Service: package tours, accommodation, transfers, car rental, yacht charter, excursions, guiding and other tourism services provided by the Company,

Confirmation of a reservation depends on the completion of the approval process for the relevant service.

If a membership account is created, the user;

Natural disasters, war, acts of terrorism, epidemic diseases, decisions or measures by public authorities, strikes, lockouts, serious failures in transportation infrastructure, and other extraordinary events beyond the reasonable control of the parties may be regarded as force majeure.
In the event of force majeure, the rights and obligations of the parties shall be assessed in accordance with the applicable legislation and the specific terms relating to the service.
The Company may amend these Terms of Use in order to comply with applicable law, to improve its services, or due to operational requirements.
The updated text shall enter into force as of the date it is published on the website.
Amendments shall not be applied retroactively to reservations that have been finalized in the past; mandatory provisions of law remain reserved.
The interpretation and application of these Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
For disputes arising from consumer transactions, the competent authorities and jurisdictions shall be determined in accordance with Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer and the relevant legislation.
For disputes with persons who do not qualify as consumers, unless otherwise mandatorily regulated, the courts and enforcement offices in Ankara, where the Company's headquarters are located, shall have jurisdiction.
Users may direct questions regarding the use of the website or these Terms of Use to the Company via the contact channels provided on the website.
The Company aims to assess requests within a reasonable time according to their nature.
Final Provision
These Terms of Use enter into force on the date they are published on the website, and the user shall be deemed to have accepted these terms by continuing to use the website.
