Explicit Consent for Health-Related Data

I give my explicit consent to Alsero Tours to process special category personal data relating to my health (e.g. allergies, dietary needs, accessibility requirements, medication) that I provide so that the tour/yacht/travel arrangement can be delivered safely and appropriately.

Data are used only to perform the arrangement and for necessary emergency contact; they are not shared with third parties without my consent except where required by law.

This consent is optional. Refusing it does not prevent me from obtaining services that do not require health data; services needing special arrangements may be limited.
