1. Purpose

These Reservation Terms ("Terms") set out the booking procedures for tourism services provided by Alsero Turizm Ticaret Ltd. Şti. ("Alsero Tours" or "the Company"), the rights and obligations of the parties, and the general principles concerning the making of reservations.

These Terms apply to reservations made via the website, call center, e‑mail or other sales channels.

Certain services may also be subject to a Distance Sales Agreement, Package Tour Terms, the Cancellation and Refund Policy or service‑specific special conditions.

2. Reservation Process

A reservation request is created when the user provides the required information completely and completes the reservation steps.

Confirmation of the reservation;

The Company reserves the right to assess a reservation request in light of availability, operational feasibility, payment verification or technical reasons.

3. User Information

The information provided at the time of booking;

• passport or identity document details,

must be accurate, complete and up to date.

The user is responsible for delays, reservation cancellations or inability to use the service resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.

4. Pricing

Service fees are determined based on the prices displayed at the time of reservation.

Services included in and excluded from the price are indicated separately on the reservation screen.

Campaigns, promotions and discounts apply only under the conditions advertised.

Obvious typographical or technical pricing errors shall not be deemed to constitute a confirmed reservation. In such cases, the Company may inform the user and either cancel the reservation or offer to proceed at the current price.

5. Payment

Payments shall be made via the payment methods offered on the website.

Some services may require prepayment or a deposit.

The outstanding payment amount and payment date will be notified to the user at the time of booking.

If payment is not made within the specified time, the Company reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

6. Reservation Changes

The user may request changes to their reservation.

Change requests shall be evaluated;

• subject to the service provider's approval,
• based on operational feasibility

Some changes may be subject to additional charges.

7. Participant Changes

A reservation may be transferred to another participant or participant details may be changed.

may vary accordingly.

Any additional costs incurred shall be borne by the user.

8. Changes to the Service

Due to operational necessities or force majeure;

• departure times,
• points of visit

such service elements may be subject to reasonable and equivalent changes.

In respect of material changes, applicable legislation and service‑specific contracts shall apply.

9. Cancellation and Refund

Principles regarding cancellation of reservations and refunds are regulated in the Cancellation and Refund Policy and in the special conditions applicable to the relevant service.

Different cancellation and refund rules may apply depending on the type of service.

10. No-Show

Failure by the reservation holder or participant to attend the service without any notice shall be considered a "No‑Show".

Conditions to be applied in No‑Show cases are subject to the specific rules of the relevant service.

11. Travel Documents

The provision of passports, identity documents, visas, health documents, entry permits and other official documents is the responsibility of the user.

Any advisory services provided by the Company do not guarantee the decisions of the competent authorities of the relevant country.

12. Third-Party Service Providers

Some services offered by the Company may be provided by third‑party service providers such as;

• accommodation providers,
• airlines,
• transfer companies,
• car rental companies,
• boat operators,
• insurance companies

For these services, the contract and terms of use of the relevant service provider may also apply.

Users may submit their requests relating to the reservation process or the services provided to the Company via the contact channels listed on the website.

The Company aims to review applications within a reasonable period.

15. Other Provisions

These Reservation Terms shall be applied together with the Terms of Use, the Distance Sales Agreement, the Package Tour Terms, the Cancellation and Refund Policy and other service‑specific terms.

In the event of any conflict between this document and other legal documents, provisions specific to the relevant service shall prevail.
