These Package Tour Terms ("Terms") govern the general principles relating to the package tour services offered by Alsero Turizm Ticaret Ltd. Şti. ("Alsero Tours" or "the Company").
This text contains the general terms intended to inform users prior to booking a package tour.
Package tour bookings are also subject to the Distance Sales Agreement, Pre-Contract Information Form, Reservation Terms, Cancellation and Refund Policy and the provisions of applicable legislation.
A package tour means arrangements in which at least two of the following services — transport, accommodation, or other tourism services offered in addition thereto — are combined and sold at an inclusive price.
The scope of the services offered is determined by the tour program, booking summary and service details provided to the user at the time of booking.
Package tour booking;
the completion of payment or the payment of the advance required by the booking terms,
the Company's issuance of the booking confirmation
is finalised.
Requests made prior to the issuance of a booking confirmation do not constitute confirmed reservations.
For each package tour, the services included in the price are expressly stated on the booking screen and in the tour program.
These may include, by way of example, transportation, accommodation, guiding, transfers, breakfast or meal services, and entrance fees.
Which services are included is also indicated in each tour program.
Unless expressly stated otherwise;
are not included in the package tour price.
Reasonable changes may be made to the tour program due to operational requirements, weather conditions, security reasons, transport scheduling or force majeure.
The Company shall exercise due care to provide equivalent solutions so as to preserve the overall character of the service.
Changes to essential elements of the package tour shall be governed by the applicable statutory provisions.
The classification of accommodation establishments may be determined according to the official standards of the relevant country or region.
Check-in and check-out times are determined by the relevant establishment.
Transportation services are subject to the operational rules of the relevant carrier organisations.
Participants;
shall keep passports, identity cards and other travel documents readily available,
shall comply with the departure times stated in the tour program,
shall follow the tour guide's reasonable instructions regarding safety and organisation,
shall respect the rights of other participants
and are obliged accordingly.
The Company shall not be held liable for consequences arising from missed transportation or failure to participate in the program if such result is due to the participant's fault.
Participants must inform the Company at the time of booking of any health conditions or special needs that may prevent them from traveling.
Some tours may require physical fitness.
Procedures and principles regarding the cancellation, modification or transfer of a booking to another person shall be assessed in accordance with the Cancellation and Refund Policy, the Distance Sales Agreement, any special terms accepted at the time of booking and applicable legislation.
1 1 . Complaint and Support
Participants are advised to report any problems encountered during the package tour to the tour guide or the Company's contact channels as soon as possible.
The Company will make reasonable efforts to resolve reported issues to the extent practicable and as promptly as possible.
This provision does not limit the consumer's statutory rights to pursue remedies.
These Package Tour Terms shall be applied together with the Terms of Use, Reservation Terms, Distance Sales Agreement, Cancellation and Refund Policy and applicable legislation.
If there is any discrepancy between this text and service-specific contracts, the provisions specific to the relevant service shall take precedence, subject to mandatory statutory provisions.
These Terms shall enter into force on the date they are published on the website.
