This Pre-Contract Information Form has been prepared within the scope of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, in order to inform the consumer prior to the conclusion of a distance contract.

The consumer shall not be charged any mandatory additional fee at the payment stage that has not been clearly displayed here or prior to the order.
6 . PAYMENT TERMS

When the consumer selects the service on the website, enters the required information and completes the payment, the order is received by the Provider.
The contract is concluded when the order is accepted electronically by the Provider and an order confirmation is sent to the Consumer.
8 . RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date the distance contract is concluded, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.
For service contracts, the withdrawal period begins on the day the contract is concluded.
However, the Consumer may not have the right of withdrawal where any of the following exceptions apply:
Services relating to accommodation, transportation of goods, car rental, food and beverage supply, and leisure activities to be performed on a specific date or during a specific period
For such services, the right of withdrawal under the applicable legislation does not exist.
In such cases, the consumer shall be additionally and clearly informed on the sales screen and in the contract regarding the service.
9 . EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal, confirmation that the notification has been received will be communicated to the Consumer by an appropriate means of communication.
1 0 . REFUND
If the right of withdrawal is exercised in due form, the amounts collected by the Provider shall be refunded to the Consumer within the period stipulated by the applicable legislation.
The refund shall be made via the payment method used by the Consumer at the time of purchase and without imposing any cost or obligation on the Consumer.
If the Consumer has chosen a method of delivery or performance that is more expensive than the standard method, the provisions of the legislation concerning the additional costs exceeding the standard method shall apply.
1 1 . CHANGES TO THE SERVICE BY THE PROVIDER
If it becomes necessary to change the essential characteristics of the service before its performance, the Consumer will be appropriately informed about the change.
The Consumer's rights arising from legislation and the contract are reserved.
If performance of the service becomes impossible, the refund of the amount paid by the Consumer and other rights will be assessed within the framework of the applicable legislative provisions.
1 2. VISAS AND TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
If the service requires international travel or entry into a country, the Consumer shall:
a valid passport,
necessary visa,
transit visa,
entry permit to the country,
health or vaccination certificates,
other documents required by the authorities of the relevant country
shall procure them.
Where visa procedures are carried out by the Provider, no guarantee is given that the visa application will be accepted.
In the event of visa refusal or prevention of entry into the country by the relevant official authorities, special cancellation conditions related to the service shall apply.
1 3 . COMPLAINTS AND APPLICATIONS
The Consumer may initially report any issues arising during the provision of the service to the Provider via the following communication channels:

The Consumer's right to apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees, Consumer Courts and other competent authorities is reserved.
1 4 . DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Disputes between the Consumer and the Provider shall be governed by Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer and applicable legislation.
The Consumer may submit the dispute to the Consumer Arbitration Committees or to the Consumer Courts in accordance with monetary jurisdictional limits and applicable law.
No provision restricting the Consumer's statutory right to apply to competent and authorized authorities shall apply.
1 5 . DELIVERY OF THE CONTRACT AND PRE-CONTRACT INFORMATION DOCUMENTS
The Consumer acknowledges that they had the opportunity to review this Pre-Contract Information Form prior to the conclusion of the contract.
The Distance Contract and this Pre-Contract Information Form shall be sent to the Consumer on a durable medium after the contract has been concluded.
16 . EFFECTIVENESS
This Pre-Contract Information Form has been prepared for the purpose of informing the Consumer prior to the formation of a Distance Contract and constitutes an integral part of the information package of the Distance Contract.
