- Medical insurance and travel insurance are compulsory for all participants. Insurance policies must cover personal accident and liability, medical expenses, repatriation, travel delays, and abandonment.
- The tour guide reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to adverse weather conditions, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- If any site included in the itinerary is closed, an alternative visit will be arranged.
- There will be no refund for unconsumed hotel meals or unused entrance fees.
- During the tour, participants should be prepared to walk approximately 2–3 km per day on uneven surfaces, cobblestone streets, inclines, and stairs.
- In summer, we recommend bringing comfortable clothing, flat walking shoes, a hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen. In winter, please bring warm clothing, a raincoat, appropriate walking shoes, and an umbrella.
- When visiting mosques and churches, modest attire is required. We recommend wearing covered shoulders, long skirts or trousers, and closed-toe shoes.
- The order of visits may be adjusted to avoid crowds and optimise the tour experience.
- Please ensure you carry your passport for all domestic flights. Domestic flights are in economy class, and the baggage allowance is typically 15 kg.
- In the event that Alsero Tours modifies the itinerary or hotel arrangements, any additional costs directly resulting from such changes will be covered by Alsero Tours.
- Alsero Tours shall not be held financially responsible for any additional costs arising from force majeure events beyond our control, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, passenger health issues, war, natural disasters (such as earthquakes or fires), road closures, or flight cancellations

Tip policy for the group
The minimum recommended daily tip for tour guides, drivers, waiters, hotel staff and other service staff on the tour is 7 EURO  per day. This tip is paid in cash upon arrival in Türkiye to the travel agency representative and is distributed among the provider's personnel during the tour.

Saturday        - Zulfaris Synagogue (Jewish Museum of Istanbul) 

- Comprehensive travel and medical insurance is mandatory for all participants.

 - You will not be able to join your tour if you do not have insurance upon arrival in Türkiye. The client is responsible. (No refunds will be due in this event.)

The insurance policy must include the main coverage for:

- Personal accident and liability

- Medical expenses and emergency treatment

- Repatriation (medical evacuation / return to home country)

- Trip delay, interruption, or abandonment.

- Tour cancellation, flight cancellation, tour operator bankruptcy, and lost or stolen luggage.

Health Insurance and the First-Major Procedure;

- Due to passenger health issues or Covid-19 or similar pandemic restrictions, roadblocks, earthquakes, floods, terrorism, war, bad weather, and/or any force majeure beyond our control regarding the passenger in Türkiye or other countries to which they arrive or return could be; Extension days, extra accommodation costs, extraordinary expenses, airfare costs, passenger health costs, and other coasts are not included in the tour price. These costs are the customer's responsibility

For cancellations made 45 days before the tour, 100% refund. (Except per person 125 € for register, + bank commission, and domestic flight ticket cost)

For cancellations made 44 - 30 days before the tour, 50% refund. (Except for the Bank Commission)

For cancellations made 29 - 15 days before the tour, 20 % refund.

No refunds will be issued for reservations made 14 days or less before the tour. %100 Penalty applied.
